You do not have to be a member to book our function room
Parties and events​
Our excellent function room can be booked for your special event. The room accommodates 140 people and has its own private bar.
In the first instance please call our bar phone number 01926 401450 to check availability. If the date is free, please collect a Booking Form and Terms and Conditions from the club or download them by clicking the button below.
The cost of booking the room varies according to your hours and needs with a Bond of £100, refundable after the event. For pictures of the room see our Gallery
We do not have a resident DJ but you are welcome to book your own or, alternatively, you are welcome to arrange your own entertainment, including a live band.
We have a large car park opposite the club to accommodate guests and we can also organise a toast for your event so please contact th​e Steward for more information.

If you would like a bar extension please ask when making your booking.
We also have our own Skittle Alley which you can hire for your event .

Meetings
We can also accommodate you for small meetings of various types. We have a projector screen and flip chart for your use and can provide refreshments if required. We have a large car park opposite the club for attendees. Cost is by negotiation depending on requirements.
